Political activist, founder of Break the Chains and Harvard Law School graduate Deborah Peterson Small gave this address at the recent ‘No Justice, No Peace: Drugs, race and growing up’ event organised by Students for Sensible Drug Policy. .
Prior to setting up Break the Chains, Deborah worked at the Drug Policy Alliance.
